    "couldn’t be more positive about the sessions that I had with Sara. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I found Sara’s approach to be refreshing. I loved the familiarity of breath work/ meditation/ mindfulness/ somatic practices and body/mind enquiry to help anchor me. I was fascinated as I noticed things physically move and how certain feelings/ memories resided within my body. 

    I think most importantly I felt safe. I was surprised at how I was able to talk quite openly, peel away layers of myself, and revisit parts of me that haven’t been revealed for years. In just three sessions I learnt so much about “who” I am, and “why” I am. I also appreciated the work that was asked of me after the sessions (going for a walk, doing something for me, meditation) as it helped me process things that were brought up in consciously healthy ways.     "The right person comes along at the perfect time. I truly believe that and it was once again proven true for me when I started working with Sara. Why now? I don't know. Call it instinct? Guidance? A month after we started this work, I realised that we were working through what was for me (I know I'm not alone) one of the most difficult and challenging times on this planet globally. Pushing every single one of my triggers in the most painful way. The perfection of doing  this work with Sara, at this time, knowing what our surface human identities might call from us, was not lost on me.


    I embarked on this incredible journey taking a deep look at everything that was there. That's the beauty of this work. Sara gently reflects everything back to you so that you literally have to sit with yourself. And you know what? It's not actually that scary. What IS scary is to continue believing we have no agency and are slaves to our own stories. THAT is scary.

    I've done therapy before. Lots of it. But in therapy I always stayed in my head, and I realise the head cannot heal me the way my body knows how to. Sara has the incredible sixth sense of knowing when you've jumped into your head and pretty soon you learn to recognise it too. I learned that my body always knows exactly what to do and how to heal and that my mind will try it's hardest to keep me from the body and that deep healing. 

    Having another human witness the stories my mind makes up really helped me disentangle myself from them. What I love is that Sara never suggests or insists. I aways felt everything was coming from me. You can't think your way through this because the sessions aren't planned, they're intuitive. I was being guided to heal myself and take responsibility for my own healing. She creates a space where every part of you feels like it can come out and be explored. All of the bits I tried to shame into submission came out to play. It was painful, exhilarating, empowering and incredibly healing all at the same time. Powerful work, essential for every single human on this planet ”

    "Someone can only take you as far as they have met themselves and she definitely has. She continues to do so. I admire the way she is able to hold herself and take us on our own deep journey while knowing that she is at the end of that baby strap holding us as we explore our own episode of The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe. Just like a movie, the soundtrack is always, always on point. 

    How can I go through an entire beginning, middle and end in a few sentences? It's not possible and that is what happens in each and every one of Sara's offerings. The dance through your beginning, middle and end but as I said, she continues to see herself so have a tug on that safety strap as a check in and continue the ride.

    "I took part in Sara’s new signature somatic class yesterday and it really was so beautiful. The class consisted of Yin Yoga, Breath Work, Mandala Vinyasa, Dance and Meditation. Sara took us through all the elements of the universe - Earth, Air, Water and Fire. I felt like I was on a journey, it was so powerful. We synchronised our bodies through nature which was amazing! The practice really helped me to get out of my head and into my body, I was able to forget about my day, let go and connect into myself; feeling and getting rid of any stagnant energy and trapped emotions which in return made room for the flow of abundance. It was a beautiful finish where I felt replenished, nourished and simply peaceful. I would highly recommend this class! It’s actual therapy!"

    I have been attending Sara's Sambaddha class regularly for over a year now. I absolutely love the energy of this class. Each week we are taken on a journey through the elements with a focus on one - water, earth, fire and air. This class incorporates so much, spiritual healing,  great deep yoga poses, openings, sound, movement, freedom, breathwork, as well as fantastic music.

    Sara is an outstanding teacher who always gives so much, she radiates energy, warmth and light and is there to support you no matter which level you are at, beginner, advanced or anywhere in between.
