A 3-day immersive retreat for women devoted to somatic healing, womb connection and healing, feminine remembrance, deepening her connection with the rose, subconscious body-mind work and reclaiming the parts of ourselves she has learned to suppress, abandon or hide.

🌹 Knows there is more of her waiting beneath the conditioning, the masks and the roles she has learned to play.

Together we will journey through the wisdom of the Rose, exploring what it means to gently peel back the layers of conditioning, survival patterns, people-pleasing and self-abandonment that keep us disconnected from our truth, our power and our deepest desires.

Inspired by the ancient mysteries of Inanna, Isis and Mary Magdalene, this retreat honours the path of descent; the courage to journey beneath the surface and meet ourselves more honestly using practices that awaken this remembrance.

The Dark Feminine is not something to fear. She is the part of us willing to feel deeply, speak truthfully, honour our desires and reclaim the wisdom held within the body.

Through Sambaddha, sacred rage work, sensual exploration, subconscious enquiry, maturation, womb healing, voice activation, Sufi whirling, somatic dance, ritual, sound healing, sisterhood and deep connection and rest, we will move through a journey of remembrance and reclamation.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you were before the world told you who you had to be.

Wild.
Wise.
Sensual.
Powerful.

Waiting to be remembered.

Throughout our time together, you will be deeply nourished and cared for.

A private chef will be onsite throughout the retreat, preparing wholesome vegetarian meals for us each day.

Brunch, nourishing snacks and a delicious evening meal will be included, allowing you to fully soften into the experience without needing to think about anything other than your own journey.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.

You are also welcome to bring any of your own favourite snacks, herbal teas or little comforts with you.

This weekend is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and allow yourself to be held, nourished, witnessed and supported as you journey deeper into the mysteries of the Rose and the wisdom of your own wild feminine nature.

Location: Based just outside the lovely market town of Uttoxeter, in the blissful green countryside of East Staffordshire. Just a stone’s throw from the stunning Peak District, we are surrounded by green fields, rolling hills and the healing vibrations of nature.

Being in the Midlands, the venue is easily accessible form anywhere in the country. (2 hours from London) 

To come by train, it's a short taxi ride from Stafford (20mins), Rugeley Trent Valley (20mins), Derby (35mins) or Uttoxeter (10mins)

Ubers are usually easily to come by thee too and if you are driving there is plenty of space to park.

and Sophia, opening ourselves to the

currents of love that pulse through

Earth and sky.

It is here that we return to our divine

blueprint as vessels of LOVE.

Over these days, we will be held by the mountains, springs, and caves of

Southern France — temples of the Rose that have called seekers, mystics, and

lovers for centuries. Through prayer, song, ceremony, and silence, we will

remember.
